You will be working as part of our diverse global HR Team. This role will be homebased with opportunities to work from our site offices based on location.

The typical working hours for this role are Monday – Thursday 08:30am-17:00pm, with an early finish of 14:00pm on Fridays!

Doncasters is a leading international manufacturer of specialist superalloys and high–precision alloy components made for the most demanding conditions with manufacturing facilities in Europe, the USA, Mexico, China, and India.

Doncasters is rich in history and has technical expertise spanning nearly 250 years. We work hard to serve the Aerospace, Industrial Gas Turbine, and automotive markets as well as delivering for medical and other specialist industries.

We employ nearly 3,000 dedicated employees from 20 different locations across the globe.

What we can offer you:

Working with cutting edge tech contributing to keeping aircraft in the sky, electricity at the touch of button and keeping the wheels of transport turning, you will have the opportunity to work with amazing materials and trailblazing clients.

  • At Doncasters, you're in control of your career with opportunities for skill-building through professional development tools and leadership programs in a supportive environment

  • Discounts from leading retailers such as John Lewis, Adidas, Deliveroo and Apple, plus travel companies, gym memberships, supermarkets, and many more
  • Workplace pension and life insurance (private medical with access to a 24/7 GP and further discounts)

The Role

As a Digital Learning SME, you'll play a key role in enhancing how we develop and engage our workforce. You’ll create engaging content such as e-learning modules, videos, and blended learning experiences for various topics. Your role includes ensuring all materials meet industry standards while always looking for ways to improve learning effectiveness. You'll also administer our learning systems, making sure they are up-to-date and fully utilized, by developing assessments, quizzes, and knowledge checks.
