This role offers you the chance to be at the forefront of digital transformation in engineering, working on projects that shape our world. You'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on how we approach complex project challenges.

As a Digital Lead you will lead business digital disciplines on Jacobs projects and programs. You will be accountable for managing aspects of digital and technology, coordinating with the pursuit and delivery leadership teams through the Project and Program Directors. You will interface with Jacobs and client corporate IT organisations, reporting to the Project or Program Manager.

This role is your opportunity to

  • Develop and own project digital blueprints, services requirements, standards, and strategies.
  • Mentor and guide teams of digital SMEs, fostering a culture of controlled innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with digital and IT laws while pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
  • Participate in building client relationships and major proposals, lending your expertise to win new business.
  • Manage budgets strategically, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment.

  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and guide a team of senior technical professionals.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a talent for navigating complex tasks and projects.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, impactful communications for all levels of management and executive leadership.
  • Keen judgment in escalating significant issues and involving senior management at the right time.
