Are you passionate about improving patient care and the capabilities of our clinical teams? We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nurse who is passionate about digital innovation in healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical nursing, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience with digital healthcare systems.
This is a critical time in the Trust’s digital journey as we prepare to launch an electronic prescribing and administration project that will significantly improve patient safety and quality of care. You will oversee the implementation of the EPMA system, liaising with doctors, pharmacy staff and a range or other clinicians and IT specialists. You will ensure all clinical staff are adequately trained and will provide input into all aspects of this project.
The Digital Lead Nurse/AHP role will help lead the implementation of digital programmes at SaTH. This will encompass the engagement of clinical staff in capturing requirements, understanding clinical workflows and the provision of professional advice, enabling the use of digital technology to be embedded into clinical practice.
