AtkinsRéalis seeks an apprentice Digital Lab Technician to support engineering projects using advanced digital technologies in Bristol. This full-time role combines practical tasks in a collaborative lab environment with a Level 3 Data Technician apprenticeship, promoting growth and development alongside cutting-edge technology.
AtkinsRéalis Nuclear are at the forefront of using digital technologies to improve the delivery of engineering projects, from using Extended Reality solutions for reviewing designs to using cutting edge robotics to autonomously survey hazardous areas. We are here to engineer a better future for our planet and its people. We are eager to find an apprentice to join our growing digital team within our digital lab collaboration spaces. The Digital Lab Technician role is an exciting opportunity to work with the latest technology, such as Extended Reality (XR) spaces, digital whiteboards, and collaboration areas, to support our clients and staff! You will also get the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders such as project managers, engineers, administrative staff and building caretakers, to name a few, as well as our wider Nuclear digital team, located across the UK and overseas. The role is combined with a Level 3 Data Technician apprenticeship over the course of 12 months. As a paid, full-time and permanent member of our team, we’ll support you from day one to help you reach your full potential, and you’ll also have the time you need to focus on our studies. Supported by line managers, senior leaders, the Learning & Development team, mentors and the apprentice community, you’re given the trust and flexibility to drive your own development.

This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview.
