We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Journey and Performance Manager to join our Direct Wealth Go-to-market (GTM) team. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end journeys for our consumer wealth products, providing insights and analysis to enhance the customer experience and drive our overall performance.
Its an exciting time to join the direct wealth GTM team as the Direct Wealth business has ambitious growth plans so if you feel passionate about making a positive impact, this is the place to be! Working in a supportive and collaborative team, your professional development with be nurtured and you’ll have ample opportunities to test and learn meaning you’ll be able to keep at the forefront of marketing innovation.
This role involves developing the full scope of the journey, collaborating with stakeholders across Digital and Centres of Excellence (CoE), and initiating feedback loops into Customer Strategy. A passion for the numbers is essential as you’ll be responsible for maximising the effectiveness of our activity.
