Responsibilities
- This person will be part of the North America IT Project Management Office team and will work primarily with our Digital IT and Marketing teams, along with internal clients, to serve as the IT project manager or project lead. They will coordinate the digital components of each project, including creative strategy, development, execution, and post-project relations.
- Most of these projects will be part of larger Marketing and IT programs aimed at enhancing the company's digital experience.
- The PM will coordinate a variety of projects, ranging from large to small, simultaneously.
- As the IT Project Manager, the resource will:
- Coordinate projects from conception to completion:
- Manage the process of moving digital projects from concept to execution and evaluation, including cybersecurity compliance requirements.
- Assist the business in formalizing project requests and gathering requirements.
- Create, scope, maintain, and track key project timelines and budgets.
- Identify project risks and issues, and track associated remediation plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members and clients to deliver project elements effectively.
- Generate and maintain project schedules and track all digital work using tools like MS Office, ServiceNow, Atlassian, Miro, and Figma.
- Lead meetings with stakeholders from various departments (IT, marketing, legal, etc.).
- Represent the goals and needs of the IT and marketing teams within the company.
- Promote effective time management practices.
Qualifications
- Intermediate to senior knowledge of Digital Project Management, from strategy to execution.
- Hands-on experience with software/web/eCommerce projects, especially Drupal CMS and .NET projects.
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP concepts.
- Understanding of QA/testing methodologies for digital applications.
- Experience with large digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and running scrums.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize effectively, and manage many moving pieces.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in web or creative agencies, especially with Fortune 500 companies, is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Atlassian JIRA & Confluence, MS Teams, MS Project, and ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in UX and responsive design.
- Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
- PMP certification is a plus but not required.
- Ability to build project update reports and present to stakeholders using MS Office tools.
- Experience with Miro, Figma, MS Office, and Atlassian tools is required.
