Job summary

Protection Group International (PGI) is seeking a skilled Digital Investigations specialist to join its expanding team in the UK. The role focuses on OSINT, social media intelligence, and threat reporting across clients including governments, NGOs, and corporations.

You will identify disinformation campaigns, attribute operations, and map novel threat behaviours, while building client relationships and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality investigations.

Qualifications

• Experience with online research, OSINT and digital investigations.
• Ability to write clear and concise threat assessments.
• Background in political science, journalism, data science or related research fields.

Responsibilities

• Identify and track disinformation campaigns.
• Research and attribute information operations.
• Investigate state and non-state threat actors.
• Monitor coordination of real-world harm.
• Map and assess novel TTPs and behaviours.
• Deploy in-house technical capability on investigations.
• Produce concise threat reports in PGI style.
• Develop long-term client relationships within delivery efforts.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality work.
