As our new Digital Insight Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping us achieve our goals. You’ll turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape decisions across both brands and improve the customer experience at every stage.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse user behaviour across digital channels (web, email, app) to identify drop-off points, conversion drivers, and engagement trends.
  • Use SQL, Python, and analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics, GA4) to evaluate marketing campaigns, including attribution, ROI analysis, and A/B testing.
  • Build dashboards and reports using tools like Looker Studio or Tableau, making insights accessible for senior stakeholders and wider marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with CRM, UX, and digital teams to refine targeting strategies and improve customer journeys.
  • Support proactive projects such as forecasting demand and modelling customer intent.
Qualifications
