Digital Insights Analyst

Are you passionate about turning data into action? We’re looking for a talented Digital Insights Analyst to play a key role in enhancing digital effectiveness and customer experience across our online platforms.

This role is responsible for measuring and improving the performance of our websites and digital channels. Your insights will drive meaningful change – from increasing traffic and engagement to optimising conversions – all in line with broader commercial priorities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the analysis and reporting of digital performance, using GA4, and dashboarding tools like Looker Studio or Power BI.
  • Monitor and optimise site usability, conversion funnels, and content effectiveness.
  • Work cross-functionally with UX, IT, marketing and content teams to translate data into decisions.
  • Set up, track and interpret A/B tests and user behaviour patterns.
  • Support SEO performance tracking and contribute to site architecture improvements.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in GA4.
  • Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets; basic SQL knowledge preferred.
  • Proven ability to analyse digital journeys and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, SEO fundamentals and digital performance metrics.
  • Experience with testing tools and data visualisation platforms.
