Are you excited by the possibilities of digital technology and AI, but equally interested in how people can use it to solve real problems?
Our team is a small, collaborative and forward-thinking global team helping to build a culture of excellence across our Managed Services business, supporting around 20,000 colleagues worldwide. The team brings together expertise in areas including Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, process excellence, ITIL, change management, analytics and automation.
During your placement, you’ll work alongside experienced improvement, process, quality and change professionals. Together, you’ll help teams understand business challenges, improve the way they work and explore how data, digital tools, automation and AI could support them.
You don’t need to be a coder or already be an expert in AI or process improvement. We’re looking for someone who is curious about both technology and people, enjoys learning and wants to turn ideas into meaningful, practical improvements.
Your placement will give you exposure to different areas of digital excellence, from exploring emerging technologies and working with data to supporting improvement projects and helping colleagues embrace new ways of working.
We’re much more interested in your potential, curiosity and willingness to learn than expecting you to arrive knowing everything. You don’t need to tick every box. If you’re curious about how people, problem-solving and technology can come together to make work better, we’d love to hear from you.
