About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid – one day per month on site):

• The Digital Infrastructure Team is a highly skilled and competent team operating across local and central government as well as directly with the commercial telecommunications market.
• Lead a team of project managers, developing products and services that will support the delivery of the Digital Infrastructure Strategy.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Council’s Digital Infrastructure Strategy and be responsible for delivering multi-million-pound projects over the mid- to long-term, achieving the Council’s digital ambitions.
• Direct responsibility for project budgets of £2M-£5M.

About you:

You will have the following skillsets or experiences:

• Knowledge of working within the telecommunications industry, in a local authority or public sector context.
• Extensive experience delivering complex infrastructure projects or programmes within a local authority context.
• Effective team / people management skills and experience.
