A public sector organization is seeking a Digital Inclusion and Partnership Manager to lead initiatives in Trafford. We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Inclusion and Partnership Manager to join our IT and Digital team within the Finance and Systems Directorate. This is a pivotal role that supports Trafford's digital transformation by improving access to digital services, skills and opportunities.
You will lead digital inclusion activity across the borough, designing and delivering programmes that tackle digital poverty and build digital confidence. This includes managing initiatives such as our device refurbishment scheme, the National Databank and digital skills training.
You will work with partners across sectors, influence internal teams and embed digital inclusion into wider programmes. You will also secure and manage funding, using data and insight to shape priorities and demonstrate impact.
You will be an experienced professional with a strong track record of delivering impactful projects. You will have the ability to influence colleagues, partners, and stakeholders and build strong relationships to achieve shared goals.
As an effective communicator and negotiator, you will bring expertise in stakeholder engagement, partnership development and programme delivery. Your creativity and strategic mindset will enable you to tackle digital inequality, advise senior leaders, and align delivery with organisational priorities. Using insight to inform decisions, you will identify long-term opportunities to strengthen Trafford’s digital inclusion offer. Committed to learning and collaboration, you will take ownership, adapt to challenges, and work with others to deliver outcomes.
