Job description

Our client is a Sussex based supply and fit contractor for private dental practices in and throughout the South, Southeast, and Midlands.

They are looking to employ an additional Field Maintenance Engineer for their Imaging Equipment (X-Ray, CBCT Scanners), based within commutable distance to their offices in Horsham.

This is a new position to enhance their busy team in this expanding market for them.

Responsibilities:

  1. Remotely accessing via IT their imaging systems
  2. Running diagnostics and rectifying remotely wherever possible
  3. Visiting sites to conduct hands on fault find and repair when required
  4. Working with medical digital imaging hardware and software
  5. Install new equipment on client sites
  6. Offer exemplary service to clients

Requirements:

You will need to be an experienced field engineer within digital imaging systems, ideally for the medical/dental markets. As this is a client facing role, excellent client relationship skills and communication are also essential.
