We are actively seeking a Consultant to join our growing Government and Public Sector (GPS) team. This role will primarily focus on the healthcare sector within the larger GPS segment. What type of work will you be doing?

Our GPS team helps public sector organizations improve business and operational performance. The successful candidate will work across projects in both management and technology consulting, serving clients in the GPS sector. Our work involves business transformations and modernizing legacy systems across central government and healthcare.

What we look for in a Digital Healthcare Consultant:

• Strong experience in project delivery covering core consulting domains: e.g., digital transformation, product management, business strategy, process excellence, business analysis, customer experience, or technology delivery.
• Experience in establishing and managing business and technical architecture (within recognized frameworks such as TOGAF), particularly in healthcare settings, including designing effective data management approaches.
• Practical experience working with healthcare software and understanding data integration challenges.
• Evidence of delivering lasting business outcomes and innovative approaches to sustainable change.
• Demonstrates integrity and commitment to doing the right thing for clients and teams.
• Attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make evidence-based recommendations.

• 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in healthcare architecture, data, and analytics.
• Experience with healthcare technology projects.
• SC clearance is advantageous.
• Practical experience in business, process, and data analysis roles.
• Understanding of how technology can solve business problems.
