A leading Not-for-Profit organization is seeking an experienced Digital IT Manager to oversee the Post-digital technology function. This remote role involves developing the IT Roadmap and managing core technology operations. Strong leadership skills and proven experience in Agile methodology are required. Digital Head of ICT/IT Manager - Remote (THIS IS NOT A PROJECT MANAGER)

My client, a leading Not-for-Profit organization, has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Digital IT Manager to take ownership of the Post-digital technology function.

This role is remote with expectations of twice a month on-site in their London office.

You must be a maximum of 90 minutes commute from their office.

1. Develop and own the IT Roadmap, aligning systems with business strategy and scale.
2. Oversee the day-to-day operations while guiding the long-term technology roadmap.
3. Provide strong leadership with experience in managing Product Managers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts.
4. Build influential relationships with key stakeholders.
5. Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing clear reporting on risk, progress, and value.
