As the Digital Hardware Engineering Lead, you will focus on electronic hardware design, leading complex engineering efforts across the full development lifecycle, from requirements definition to system integration, customer acceptance, and support.
Our Cowes workplace is accessible via a ferry from Southampton, with a BAE shuttle service from the ferry terminal. We support flexible working hours to help you balance work and personal life.
