About the Role…

As our Digital Growth Manager, you'll take the lead on building traffic and acquiring new customers across our digital platforms. You’ll manage key performance channels like SEO, PPC, paid social, affiliates, and retargeting—and bring forward new ideas and partners to help us grow.

Working with fantastic people from our eCommerce, Insights, and CRM teams, as well as external agencies, you’ll turn data and creativity into performance-driven campaigns that resonate with our diverse customer base.

What You’ll Do…

  • Lead and optimise paid digital campaigns (search, social, affiliates, and more) to grow traffic and acquisition.
  • Explore and implement new marketing channels with strong ROI.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver personalised, data-driven campaigns.
  • Create cross-channel plans and manage campaign rollouts from start to finish.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance—celebrating wins and learning from challenges.
  • Manage budgets and partner relationships with confidence and care.
  • Support and develop two direct reports, helping them grow their skills and career.

About You

We're not looking for perfection—but we are looking for passion, skill, and a desire to make an impact. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing (especially SEO, PPC, paid social, and affiliates).
  • A strong track record in customer acquisition and campaign management.
  • Confidence working with data, tools like Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
  • Experience managing budgets and agency relationships.
  • A collaborative approach and strong communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset—you’re not afraid to try new things or lead the way.

Experience in retail or beauty is a plus, but not essential. We welcome candidates from all industries with relevant skills.
