This is a unique opportunity to shape strategy, drive growth, and play a pivotal role in the leadership team for a digital agency experiencing exceptional success.

As a key part of the senior leadership team working with high-profile eCommerce & retail brands, you will take full ownership of the performance and growth of an agency at the top of its game.

The role includes:

• Leading the strategic vision across all service areas – Paid Media & SEO
• Providing commercial leadership across the agency
• Overseeing strategic quality and performance on key accounts
• Driving cross-functional collaboration and innovation
• Contributing to client growth and retention
• Promoting innovation and adoption of new technologies to drive growth
• Staying ahead of industry trends, driving innovation and thought leadership
• Contributing to new business development, pitching, and upselling services

Requirements include:
