AXA Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Product Owner to lead our digital transformation initiatives in the Travel sector. What you'll be doing:

• Product Vision & Strategy:Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and customer needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with various stakeholders, including Digital Stream Leads, local product owners, and cross-functional teams, to drive transformation initiatives.
• Product Lifecycle Management:Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring that digital solutions are effectively implemented and meet customer expectations.
• Project Management:Oversee project activities, track actions, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Customer Focus:Ensure that product features deliver value to our customers, defining and measuring success through key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Backlog Management:Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making informed decisions based on business value and transformation priorities.
• Team Leadership:Lead a diverse squad team, promoting motivation and collaboration while guiding day-to-day decisions.
• Market Awareness:Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and inform product development.
• Promote Product Evolution:Act as a champion for the product, advocating for its benefits internally and externally with partners and prospects.

What you'll bring:

• Experience:Previous experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a strong background in project management and change management principles.
• Knowledge:Good knowledge of travel insurance and the digital landscape within the sector.
• Skills:Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and challenge business requirements effectively.
• Agile Proficiency:Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a proven track record of executing Agile events as a Product Owner.
• Team Collaboration:Strong project management capabilities to coordinate with IT teams and other functional business areas in a multinational environment.
• Technical Understanding:Experience working with GEN AI and tools like Azure DevOps is advantageous.
• Education:Relevant qualifications in Project Management (e.g., Prince 2, Agile) are preferred.
• Language Skills:Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Personal Attributes:Resilient, tenacious, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to AXA's core values.
