£40,000 per annum

Our global solutions client is seeking a Digital Forensics Investigator – PC to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to grow within a dynamic, high-performing organisation that values innovation and progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide written estimates to both the prosecution and defence for the forensic examination of digital computer devices
  • Work in accordance with scientific and commercial practice to deliver computer devices investigations
  • Work in line with the time, quality and budget of the cases
  • Organise your day to day casework activities to ensure that cases are carried out efficiently
  • Develop examination strategies on a case-by-case basis to prepare outline summaries of proposed work programmes to agreed costs

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Digital Forensic Investigator with the focus on PC’s
  • Degree level or equivalent with recognised qualifications in Computer Science/Computer Forensic Investigator
  • Hands-on experience working on end-to-end investigations from initial imaging, processing, analysis, reporting and giving evidence in Crown Court
  • Excellent understanding of UK legislation
  • Previously worked in customer-facing roles
  • Eligibility or active SC Clearance & NPPV3
