Within CFO and Enterprise Value, we serve CFO priorities to increase enterprise value and digitalize the enterprise. We help clients adapt to changing regulations, innovations, and market conditions. As a Digital Finance Transformation Consultant, you will support clients in achieving strategic and operational goals by introducing efficient ways of working, enhancing processes, and refining operating models.

  • Employ judgment to address complex client challenges using rigorous analysis, making decisions with minimal oversight.
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops, showcase agile design, co-develop, and secure design decisions and innovative solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, developing, and presenting proposals.
  • Support the development of CFO and Enterprise Value capabilities, including offerings, assets, and thought leadership.
  • Continuously learn new skills to contribute to the growth of CFO and Enterprise Value and the wider organization.

Skills and experience required:

  • 3+ years in consulting or 5+ years in industry with experience in finance transformation, digital finance projects, or large-scale transformations via ERP or GBS/shared services.
  • Familiarity with finance technologies and data, including SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Knowledge of technologies like AI, RPA, and Analytics in a finance context.
  • Process expertise in areas like O2C, P2P, A2R, R2R, including designing optimized, digitized processes.
  • Ability to conduct fit-gap analysis and develop roadmaps based on finance process requirements.
  • Experience in vendor assessment and selection.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with design thinking and agile delivery methods.
  • Professional finance or accounting qualifications (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA) and/or MBA.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage with all management levels, influence, and prioritize effectively.
  • Proven track record in driving business outcomes for large clients.
  • Flexibility for client travel.
