The ideal Laravel Tech Lead will possess strong technical expertise along with excellent interpersonal and coaching skills. You should be able to effectively communicate ideas and solutions internally and with clients, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and reliable applications.
You will need to align requirements with budgets and business constraints, leading your team to deliver stable, scalable, and secure solutions once architecture is approved.
