We’re now looking for a Midweight UX Designer to help us deliver work that makes a difference.
This role involves supporting or leading parts of projects, conducting user research, creating UX deliverables, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have solid UX experience, practical knowledge of research and design tools, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities include contributing to all stages of the UX lifecycle, conducting research, facilitating workshops, producing deliverables like personas and prototypes, supporting project documentation, and presenting work to clients. The candidate should be comfortable working independently and within teams, and be interested in emerging technologies and AI tools.
