Job description

As the Digital Experience Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a compelling and commercially driven online customer experience. With a strong eye for visual merchandising and content planning. you will ensure that our online experience reflects the COS brand and inspires conversion, through effective project coordination, resource management, research, and administrative support.

In this role, your contributions will help drive the COS Digital Experience team’s strategic priorities by setting guidelines for conversion rate optimisation (CRO), visual merchandising (VM), customer journey planning, and SEO for the menswear pages of cos.com

What you will do:

  • Coordinate and drive online customer experience enhancement activities for the menswear category on cos.com.
  • Responsible for continuously optimizing and setting briefs for all mens category pages and landing page templates, ensuring they are conversion-focused, user-friendly, and visually elevated.
  • Set the guidelines for VM standards, utilising algorithms, AI & Personalisation capabilities
  • Support the Digital Experience Lead in maintaining customer experience standards across new and existing e-commerce channels. This includes tasks such as user acceptance testing (UAT), developing customer experience guidelines, and preparing site content briefs.
  • Analyse customer behaviour insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improving on-site conversion, user engagement, and brand experience. Share actionable recommendations with regional teams to drive enhancements.
  • Work closely with the Brand Experience team to ensure a balance between brand vision and digital optimisation.
  • Facilitate communication between global and regional e-commerce teams, ensuring consistent and timely sharing of digital experience updates.
  • Contribute to team scalability and operational efficiency by managing documentation, maintaining guidelines, and coordinating resources to support e-commerce expansion.
  • Assist the SEO Specialist in executing SEO and site search strategies through research, analysis, administrative support, and the creation of copy briefs for the SEO to use.
  • Coordinate content, assets, and resources needed to implement CRO and A/B testing strategies, in collaboration with regional e-commerce and marketing teams.
  • Participate in website development forums with other stakeholders in tech teams and follow up by coordinating the necessary content and assets for implementation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across COS and the wider group, including e-commerce, marketing, growth, and central tech.
Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ContentSquare, and GA4.
  • Experience with internal reporting tools, CMS platforms, Google Trends, and site merchandising tools such as Fredhopper.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools is a strong advantage.

Soft Skills

  • Collaborative, customer-focused, innovative, action-oriented, and efficient.
  • Strong understanding of commercial goals and how to translate them into a digital content strategy that drives performance.
  • Ability to create visually strong, on-brand experiences while balancing commercial goals with the COS aesthetic.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from web analytics, user behavior, sales data, and other digital metrics.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

  • Passionate about the customer, digital and eager to take ownership of ideas with minimal supervision.
  • Interest in fashion and the ability to enhance the brand’s perception through effective digital strategies and storytelling.
