A leading fashion retailer in London seeks a Digital Experience Coordinator to enhance the online customer experience for menswear. This role involves optimizing category pages, analyzing customer insights, and ensuring a seamless digital experience. Ideal candidates are passionate about fashion and have strong digital skills, including experience with CMS platforms. The position includes a permanent full-time contract and a hybrid working model with office presence required approximately 3 days a week.
As the Digital Experience Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a compelling and commercially driven online customer experience. With a strong eye for visual merchandising and content planning. you will ensure that our online experience reflects the COS brand and inspires conversion, through effective project coordination, resource management, research, and administrative support.
In this role, your contributions will help drive the COS Digital Experience team’s strategic priorities by setting guidelines for conversion rate optimisation (CRO), visual merchandising (VM), customer journey planning, and SEO for the menswear pages of cos.com
