About the role

The Digital & Ecommerce team in Slough is seeking a Digital Executive to support the delivery of the business’s e-commerce and digital strategies. This is a maternity leave cover for a 9-12 month contract.

This role is vital to the digital future of the business, helping to develop and refine our e-commerce roadmap and digital strategies.

The role will:

  • Support multiple ecommerce sites and digital platforms, implementing activation plans across the marketing mix throughout the customer funnel.
  • Assist in creating and executing online and offline marketing communications to increase brand awareness and foster customer loyalty.
  • Review the customer journey to ensure it is intuitive, easy to navigate, positive, and meets user needs, maintaining loyalty.

We seek someone with proven experience or a qualification in digital marketing/ecommerce, with strong digital marketing campaigns and project management skills. The ideal candidate is organized, a strong communicator, eager to learn, creative, and analytical, with experience using Google Analytics.
