Overview

Page Medical are an award winning and growing full-service healthcare communications and education agency based in Ely, Cambridgeshire.

For this role, you will be based at our office in Central Ely and we are seeking talented graduate-level digital professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating seamless digital experiences for clients and maintaining our online services, with experience in managing and updating WordPress CMS websites.

In this position, you will collaborate with the design and events team but will work closely with all teams within Page Medical to deliver high-quality digital solutions for medical societies, charities, and organisations.

Core Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update our websites that are running the WordPress CMS
  • Set up, run and manage hybrid events and webinars.
  • Collaborate with our design team and content creators to ensure the design of our digital offerings are visually appealing and engaging.
  • Develop our hybrid and virtual event offerings by collecting and evaluating customer feedback data.
  • Provide technical briefings for clients and speakers.
  • Integrate live events on multiple livestreaming platforms, including email marketing, social media, attendee management and website creation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web applications, livestreaming and online tools.
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, digital marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Experience with livestreaming and webinar platforms such as Zoom, YouTube and EventsAir.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Ability to think clearly under pressure
  • Ideally one year experience in a similar role
