Overview

As part of our continued growth and expansion, we’re inviting expressions of interest from experienced Digital Engineering Coordinators with a strong background in BIM for upcoming opportunities. We’re looking for a talented professional with proven expertise in BIM coordination, digital engineering, or model management within the engineering, infrastructure, or construction sectors. This is a forward-looking opportunity to join a dynamic team working on high-impact Energy and Resources projects. As a Digital Engineering Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Digital Engineering Manager to drive the efficient delivery of BIM processes.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating federated models across multidisciplinary teams
  • Managing clash detection and issue resolution
  • Supporting the implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and compliance
  • Ensuring model integrity and alignment with ISO 19650 requirements
  • Maintaining effective collaboration within the Common Data Environment (CDE)

This is a technically focused role where your attention to detail and coordination skills will be critical to project success.

About You

We’re keen to hear from candidates who bring:

  • Ideally a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revizto
  • Hands-on experience with model federation, issue tracking, and clash detection
  • A solid understanding of ISO 19650 workflows and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
  • Desirable extras: BIM certifications, familiarity with 4D/5D BIM for sequencing and cost estimation, and experience with data visualization tools
