BYLOR Joint Venture on the HPC site in Somerset is seeking a senior modeller with civil engineering experience. You will produce 2D and 3D construction information, manage federated models, coordinate with third parties, and support 4D sequencing and clash detection.

We welcome candidates with 2+ years of large-project experience, an HND in Engineering (preferred), and proficiency in CAD packages such as Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD. Competitive salaries and benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• 2+ years’ experience on large civil projects.
• Ability to present to team and co-workers.

Responsabilidades

• Production of 2D and 3D construction information, including site plans, access routes and pour sequences.
• Modelling of temporary installations, plant and site hoarding for 4D sequencing and coordination.
• Ensure environmental procedures are implemented and third party consents obtained.
• RC detailing of temporary works may be required (experience not essential).
• 4D sequencing to program using Primavera P6 or MS Project via Navis Works.
• Step by step construction 4D sequencing within a model environment.
• Virtual builds to support method statements and reinforcement placement.
• Develop and maintain a 3D library of component parts with attributes for site federated models.
• Federated model access and up-to-date information via the senior modeller for site teams.
• All information produced in line with client naming and formatting systems.
• Coordinating all BYLOR and third party models and running clash checks.
• Generation of resource and material usage reports and equipment lists.
• Provide value engineering and share engineering knowledge for large civil projects.
