What's the role?

Ready to advance your career while driving digital innovation? The Digital Engineer will leverage data and digital assets through exploring platforms and sources to build Britain's Best Beer & Cider Company. Together, we'll make HUK the best "Connected Brewer" and achieve supply chain excellence.

This role is part of our digital transformation, contributing to data and digital discussions across Brewing Operations & Supply Chain to establish standard processes with various business functions.

This unique, hybrid role requires both technical and process knowledge, along with the ability to see the bigger picture in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

What are we looking for?

We seek someone capable of creating, developing, and improving digital systems and tools, overseeing processes from concept to implementation. You should be technically credible, making independent, impactful decisions.

Ideally, you will have:

  • A relevant degree in engineering, data, or digital subjects
  • Ability to influence stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in fast-paced environments
