The Role
We're looking for someone to join the digital team on an 8-month fixed-term contract, starting as soon as possible.
In this role, you’ll:
  • Plan, create, and deliver engaging email campaigns to a wide and varied audience
  • Optimise user journeys and email flows to improve engagement and conversion
  • Use data and analytics to monitor performance and inform future campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including social media, campaign managers, and digital specialists—to ensure a joined-up, effective approach across all digital channels
The Person
To be considered for this role you MUST HAVE:
  • The ability to start immediately
  • Proven experience planning and delivering email marketing campaigns to broad audiences
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics or email platform reporting dashboards
  • Experience using email marketing platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail and copyproofing skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills—able to work effectively with internal stakeholders across social media, campaigns, and digital teams
  • Passion for animal welfare and alignment with the charity’s values is a plus!
