Position: Digital Engagement Coordinator (12-month placement)

Role Overview

Imperva is seeking a Digital Engagement Coordinator to support our Digital Community and Customer Success teams, engaging with over 13,000 customers worldwide. The role focuses on enhancing our digital community platform, facilitating customer interaction, and supporting our Digital Engagement Program.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Source feedback on community discussion threads and ensure timely responses.
  2. Review and update community content; identify and fill content gaps.
  3. Collaborate with teams to measure community effectiveness and optimize platform access.
  4. Create and proofread various content formats, including blog posts and webinar invitations.
  5. Edit and upload video content; support community events.
  6. Enhance user experience and interface of the community site.
  7. Conduct competitive landscape analysis and coordinate the Community Champion program.
  8. Assist with reporting and strategic projects related to digital engagement.
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
