The Role: Digital Energy Solution Architect, Life Sciences Segment

Mission:

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to drive innovation and differentiation for our strategic customers in the life sciences vertical by prescribing, promoting, and supporting integrated and intelligent BMS/EPMS solutions.

What will you do?

1. Lead customer-driven technical innovation in life sciences through customer intimacy and project experience
2. Understand our unique value proposition and prescribe solutions that anticipate customer needs, processes, and technical challenges
3. Develop, adapt, and communicate reference designs and engineering standards
4. Determine the technical offer specifications & author technical strategy documents
5. Support local teams and/or EcoXpert's with initial design support
6. Coordinate training for Segment Solutions in the Launch phase
7. Establish the "Thought Leadership" position in the market and build credibility with customers
8. Collaborate with global segment teams to enhance Schneider Electric's solutions

Who would be successful?

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or mechanical engineering or work experience equivalent
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in life science segment turnkey projects
3. Comfortable in a technical sales support role
4. Working knowledge of Building Management and Power Distribution systems
5. Strong public speaking capability and experience
6. Ability to write technical documents and specifications
7. Ability to be confident in front of all types of stakeholders (IT, Clinical, C-Level, Security, Facility)
8. Customer centric from practical project/sales experience
