Job summary

BDO is seeking an IT-focused role to turn digital capability, including AI, into practical business value across the firm. You’ll partner with technical and non-technical teams to identify opportunities to improve the way we work and help colleagues adopt digital tools and AI-enabled technologies.

You will act as a trusted adviser, delivering adoption strategies, leading training, and coordinating projects while measuring impact and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital adoption, AI, automation or tech-enabled business improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong change management skills with ability to embed new tools and ways of working.
• Knowledge of Microsoft stack and AI-enabled workflows; understanding governance and responsible AI.

You will act as a trusted adviser, helping teams identify opportunities to improve ways of working through technology and driving the adoption of digital and AI-enabled tools across the firm. You will develop and deliver adoption strategies, lead training and enablement activities, manage projects and stakeholders, and identify capability gaps to shape targeted learning and support. You will also create and continuously improve scalable learning resources, measure adoption and business impact, champion continuous improvement and responsible technology use, and support the development of colleagues through coaching, feedback and knowledge sharing.

You'll be someone with:

• Experience leading digital adoption, AI, automation, digital workplace or technology-enabled business improvement initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.
• A strong understanding of change and adoption, with experience helping people embrace new tools and embed lasting changes in behaviour and ways of working.
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft stack, AI-enabled workflows and related technologies, alongside an appreciation of governance, risk and responsible AI principles.
• Strong judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess opportunities and balance competing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence a wide range of audiences.
• Experience facilitating workshops, delivering enablement activities and coaching colleagues to build confidence and capability.
• A collaborative and consultative approach to translate complex technologies into clear business opportunities.
• A data-driven mindset, focused on measuring business value and continuously improve outcomes.
