Base pay range

A$110,000.00 / yr - A$140,000.00 / yr

About the Role

We are seeking a digital media specialist to join our client's dynamic team as a Digital Director. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and optimising digital campaigns, ensuring client objectives are met with precision. You will work within an off platform environment, leveraging your expertise in the digital landscape and publisher relationships, particularly in modern media formats.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage digitally led publisher relationships, particularly in the growth areas of BVOD & SVOD, digital audio and digital OOH.
  • Collaborate with other key business leads to deliver best in class planning and buying of digital led solutions (e.g., BVOD, SVOD, Audio / podcasting, DOOH etc).
  • Share and lead with a deep understanding and application of digital planning approaches, data and appropriate tools to best deliver digital elements of the media plan for clients. Work with the client business teams to deliver and execute with the teams.
  • Support the development and delivery of digital planning and activation across a large key client, including budget phasing and management.
  • Evaluate publisher proposals.
  • Add value to these proposals and interactions with publishers and clients.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a media agency, either independent or multinational.
  • Strong passion for media, particularly within the digital space .
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Proven expertise in digital media strategy, publisher partnerships, and emerging media trends .
  • Relevant qualifications in media, marketing, communications, or a related field.
