Job description

The Digital Designer role will be part of the central Marketing and Communication team that drives the strategic focus for growing the ITAB brand equity across its European customer base and driving a competitive advantage within the market. This will be through clear storytelling of the ITAB value proposition, creative communication of ITAB portfolio of solutions and the use of dynamic marketing techniques across ITAB’s different customer touchpoints.

The role of Digital Designer will focus on delivering the brand strategy from group level into ITAB multiple operating countries across Europe with the aim to move ITAB closer towards its wished position of being a solution provider and to be seen as a thought leader within the market. To achieve this goal, the role will have the ability to co-ordinate and manage workloads and deadlines, with the skill set to juggle multiple tasks at one time and take projects from initial concepts straight through to completion.

Tasks will cover a multitude of activities, everything from branding, marketing, advertising, emails, banners, social media, web updates and much more. The role will focus on implementing a multi-channel marketing plan that will build brand awareness, reputation, and overall confidence in the market for ITABs right to play as a solution provider.

To help achieve and maximise success in all areas, across all countries, you will work closely with all solution design specialisms and relevant sales teams. From utilising and interpreting consumer insight and customer data, to implementing regular rhythms for marketing ways of working to help maximise the countries in which ITAB operates.
