We're seeking a talented Digital Designer to bring our marketing splash pages and email templates to life! Your artistic touch and technical skills will create stunning, responsive designs that perfectly capture our partners' brands.

What You'll Do

• Create eye-catching, mobile-first marketing pages using HTML and CSS that not only look amazing but also perform flawlessly across all devices
• Craft beautiful, branded email templates that display perfectly across all email clients (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail) and make recipients stop scrolling
• Revitalise our existing email templates to ensure a consistent, polished look throughout our communication suite
• Perfect the user experience by rigorously testing across browsers and devices using tools like BrowserStack, Litmus, and Email on Acid
• Continuously enhance our digital assets based on feedback, staying ahead of trends and optimising for maximum impact
• Collaborate with creative powerhouses across our design, marketing, and content teams to transform concepts into stunning digital reality
  
  

What We're Looking For

• HTML5 and CSS3 specialist with a passion for responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Email coding expert who understands the unique challenges of different email clients
• Testing champion experienced with cross-browser and cross-device testing tools and debugging techniques
• Performance optimiser with knowledge of web performance, SEO basics, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Design translator able to convert Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD files into pixel-perfect digital experiences
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities while meeting deadlines

Where: This is a part time fixed term contract. You'll be based at our head office opposite London Bridge station. We work 3 days in the office (Tues-Thu) and 2 days from home (Monday and Friday). We also offer flexible start and end times and welcome flexible working conversations.
