Confident adapting UX prototypes into polished client-ready visuals, especially in a white-label SaaS environment. Comfortable with email design best practices and building modular, reusable templates. Interested in picking up light UX refinements, such as polishing existing wireframes or supporting usability improvements. Equally happy producing client decks, presentations, and one-pagers when needed. A detail-obsessed finisher who cares about file hygiene, QA, and pixel-perfect delivery.

  • Campaign & Asset Design — Build and maintain brand kits for client white-label implementations
  • Digital Product Design — Work alongside our freelance UX designer to adapt prototypes into branded, production-ready assets
  • Digital Product Design — Pick up smaller UX refinement tasks (e.g., polish wireframes, update UI states, tidy component libraries)
  • Digital Product Design — Help ensure client-facing journeys look consistent, usable, and brand-appropriate
  • Web Page Design — Design, build, and maintain web pages for the Propello marketing website, with a strong focus on HubSpot landing pages
  • Web Page Design — Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to implement campaign microsites, landing pages, and promotional content within HubSpot
  • Web Page Design — Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance across devices and browsers
  • Web Page Design — Leverage HubSpot\'s design tools, modules, and templates to streamline page creation and maintain consistency with brand guidelines
  • Web Page Design — Use web analytics, HubSpot reporting, and A/B testing to refine page layouts and improve lead generation and conversion rates
  • Brand & Presentations — Support Customer Success and Sales with client decks, presentations, and one-pagers
  • Brand & Presentations — Maintain visual consistency across all external presentations and materials
  • Email & CRM — Produce responsive email designs and template systems that work across major ESPs
  • Email & CRM — Partner with CRM/marketing to optimise CTAs, hierarchy, imagery, and readability
  • Print & Event Support (Lightweight) — Design brochures, pop-up banners, and pitch collateral when needed
  • Print & Event Support (Lightweight) — Prepare print-ready artwork to spec
  • Quality, Accessibility & Performance — Run QA across devices/clients; consider dark mode, contrast, and readability
  • Quality, Accessibility & Performance — Ensure assets are optimised for performance and accessibility
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • 5+ years in a digital design role (Martech SaaS, loyalty/CRM, or agency experience a plus)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing email design, web page design, digital product design, digital campaigns, and white-label adaptations
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign for print, optional)
  • Familiarity with email design constraints; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus
  • Strong grasp of UX/UI principles and willingness to support light UX refinements
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with clean file management and handoff discipline
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support across design, UX, and client-facing materials
