Job Role

The Digital Designer plays a key role in supporting the creative needs of multiple brands, including SNAP, A&S, and intruck. Working closely with the Digital Design Manager and the wider marketing team, the role is instrumental in bringing campaigns to life through engaging visuals, ensuring all outputs adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.

The Digital Designer contributes to the creation of assets across social media, websites, internal branding, and campaigns, producing high-quality visuals that drive brand awareness and enhance customer engagement. They also manage ad hoc design requests from various departments, ensuring that all materials align with the company’s visual identity and meet stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure all design outputs reflect the professionalism, consistency, and innovation of the SNAP, A&S, and intruck brands.
  2. Contribute to the creation of assets across social media, websites, internal branding, and campaigns.
  3. Manage ad hoc design requests from various departments.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Has quantifiable experience gained in an equivalent role, with experience in the logistics industry being a bonus.
  2. Possesses broad digital design experience, including graphic design, branding, motion graphic, app, and email.
  3. Understanding of the fundamental principles of design including typography, colour theory, and layout design.
  4. Understanding the differences and requirements of designing for digital and print media.
  5. Knowledge of print production processes.
  6. Knowledge of digital asset management and licensing.
  7. Understanding of marketing principles and how design influences brand perception and consumer behaviour.
  8. Knowledge of branding and visual identity.
  9. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter(X), LinkedIn, and TikTok including the nature of design and any limitations.
  10. Advanced Adobe Suite knowledge and skills.
  11. Familiarity with animation and video editing tools such as After Effects and Premier Pro.
  12. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM, SharePoint and other relevant electronic digital portal proficiency.
  13. Engagement with design communities and professional networks.
  14. Professional conduct in all client and team interactions.
