BlokBuild is seeking a proactive and highly organised Digital Design Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate in architecture, design, or a related discipline who is looking to grow within a digitally driven, design-led environment.
At BlokBuild, we specialise in innovative, fabrication-led architecture. You’ll be joining a small, dynamic team where your ideas, initiative, and efficiency will directly impact how we deliver projects. This role requires someone who can take responsibility, manage digital workflows, and assist with both the creative and practical aspects of design and build.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain 3D design models and technical drawings using Rhino.
Work independently on design tasks, contributing to both concept development and production detailing.
Assist in cost estimation, material take-offs, and basic budget tracking.
Support project planning and scheduling, including the preparation of timelines and deliverables.
Organise and maintain digital files, project data, and internal documentation with a high level of accuracy.
Contribute to presentation materials, renderings, and project reports as needed.

Essential Skills:
A recent graduate in architecture, product design, or a related field.
Proficiency in Rhinoceros (Rhino) is essential.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks across multiple projects.
Strong independent working skills – comfortable taking initiative and managing time effectively.
An interest in and basic understanding of project planning and cost development.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Experience with Grasshopper or other parametric tools.
Exposure to digital fabrication workflows or construction environments.
Familiarity with spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) for cost tracking.
