DENTAL TECHNICIAN/PRODUCT SPECIALIST – TRANSITION INTO SALES (IMPLANTS & DIGITAL DENTISTRY)

Location: South West London & Surrounding Areas

Package: £40–50K Basic + Bonus + Company Car or Allowance + Full Package

Overview:

From laboratory clinical support to sales success – build a commercial career with a leading dental innovator. If you are a dental technician, clinical trainer, or product specialist with deep knowledge of dental implants and digital workflows, and are ready to take your expertise into a more client-facing, commercial role, this is a rare opportunity. Full support, training, and mentoring from a global leader in dental innovation will be provided. The Role:

This is a hybrid clinical and commercial position that allows you to apply your technical knowledge while learning the ropes of field-based sales. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting the sales team with product demonstrations, clinical guidance, and digital workflows
  2. Visiting dental practices to train and educate clinicians on implant and scanner technologies
  3. Building relationships with dentists, practice staff, and lab partners
  4. Identifying new opportunities and gradually taking on responsibility for new business generation
  5. Developing a deep understanding of the full sales cycle under the mentorship of senior colleagues

This is not a cold-calling role; it’s a smart, consultative transition that will grow with you as you gain commercial confidence.

Who We’re Looking For:

  1. A dental technician, digital dentistry product specialist, or implant trainer
  2. Strong knowledge of implants, CAD/CAM, scanners, or digital workflows
  3. A clear communicator – confident, credible, and professional with clinicians
  4. Motivated to step out of the lab into a more dynamic, field-based role
  5. London-based (or nearby) with a full UK driving license and flexibility to travel
  6. Previous exposure to customer-facing, account management, or training roles is a bonus
