About the Business Unit


The Energy unit provides services to clients worldwide across sectors including hydropower, nuclear, waste, renewable energy, and transmission & distribution networks. We offer integrated engineering and project management services throughout the project lifecycle—from concept and design to construction, operations, decommissioning, or repowering and life extension. Role Overview


  • Assist in delivering projects from planning through construction stages.
  • Model volumetric earthworks and develop associated schedules.
  • Create models of alignments, corridors, and assemblies.
  • Balance cut and fill volumes, perform volume calculations, and analyze stage storage.
  • Produce related plan and longitudinal sectional drawings.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.

Experience with Civil 3D features such as grading objects, surface creation, volumetric surfaces, corridors, assemblies, alignments, material quantity take-offs, and stage storage analysis is essential.


Candidate Requirements

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D.
  • Interest in 3D design, modeling, and creating immersive models.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adopt new technologies.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Autonomy in problem-solving and issue ownership.

Preferred but Not Essential

  • Civil engineering design experience.
  • Experience with Autodesk tools such as Navisworks, Revit, ACC.
  • Knowledge of industry modeling standards.
  • Professional registration like EngTech TMICE or similar.
