Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Digital Delivery Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary projects that drive digital change, delivering solutions across people, process and technology. You will plan scope, timelines and milestones, and work with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery aligned with the business strategy.

You will monitor KPIs, manage change, and uphold governance while collaborating with third parties to deliver customer bookings and online journeys.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Agile Project Management and online customer journeys, specifically focused on customer bookings.
• Familiarity collaborating with multiple 3rd parties to achieve delivery of shared objectives.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional, commercially focused projects in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and influencing at all levels.
• Ability to deliver a roadmap comprising technical software solutions alongside people and process change.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
