Job description

Digital Delivery Manager (BIM Models) – UK Remote - £35k

Ada Meher is currently partnered with a leading SaaS company in the BIM space, helping tier one construction companies globally use technology to increase efficiency and accuracy in the delivery of large-scale projects. They are looking for a Digital Delivery Manager with direct experience in the BIM space to join their team and work on several enterprise-level project deliveries. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their journey in BIM technology to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have a background in the AEC industry and experience working with Architectural, Structural, or MEP modeling, along with relevant technologies such as Revit and COBie. Experience with clash detection and advanced data/information management is also desirable. The company has operated with a remote-first model, valuing autonomy and accountability based on clear objectives. While the role is open to candidates across the UK, some occasional travel may be required.

Minimum Requirements
  1. Experience working with BIM in Architecture or MEP projects
  2. Experience with industry-standard modeling technologies such as Autodesk Revit
  3. Experience with construction-specific technology such as COBie forms
  4. Knowledge of standards such as ISO 19650 (beneficial)
  5. Knowledge of clash detection
