Job summary

CAF Bank, part of Charities Aid Foundation, is recruiting a Digital Delivery Manager in Kings Hill. This permanent, full‑time role (35 hours per week) offers hybrid working with a minimum of two days in the office and a salary up to £67,500 per annum, depending on experience.

• Experienced delivery professional with ability to bring structure, pace and clarity to complex digital change portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a clear, integrated delivery plan across the Digital portfolio.
• Coordinate delivery across Online Banking, AI and automation, digital adoption and other priority initiatives.
• Bring together teams, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure work is prioritised, realistically planned and delivered with governance and transparency.
• Identify blockers and escalate where senior decisions are required.
• Provide reporting for governance and senior stakeholders.
• Support release readiness by tracking progress and dependencies.
• Improve flow of work from idea to delivery and benefits realization.
• Identify opportunities to use AI to increase delivery pace and effectiveness.
