The Role
To help us achieve our ambitions, we're looking to appoint aDigital, Data and Technology Managerto lead a multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of our digital and data services and help shape the future of technology at Hillcrest.
You'll work with the Head of Innovation and Improvement to review the current team structure and implement solutions that strengthen our ability to deliver digital transformation, harness the power of data, and ensure our systems and people are equipped to meet the evolving expectations of staff and tenants. At the same time, you'll lead the delivery of our new DDT Strategy, which sets out a clear vision and roadmap to build on these foundations and position digital, data and technology at the forefront of innovation and improvement across the organisation.
