Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Digital Data Analyst to help our Digital teams make smarter, data-led decisions across web, app, bookings and digital marketing channels. You’ll transform complex data into actionable insights that optimise customer journeys and support growth across Greene King’s brands.

You’ll develop reporting and dashboards with Power BI, SQL and Google Analytics, analyse performance across multiple channels and partner with diverse teams to drive data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Digital Data Analyst in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Excel and Power BI, with experience building dashboards and analysing complex datasets.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and digital performance measurement across multiple channels.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance reporting and dashboards across our digital channels, using tools including Power BI, SQL, Excel and Google Analytics.
• Analyse performance across web, app, online bookings, paid media, social and SEO channels to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Deliver actionable insights that support day-to-day decision-making and longer-term digital strategy across multiple brands.
• Support testing and experimentation programmes, including A/B testing and other optimisation methodologies.
• Partner with stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, Finance, Product and Technology teams to provide analytical solutions and ensure data quality and governance.
