JOB SUMMARY
Storyblok is looking for a talented 'Customer Success Specialist' to join the team. In this role, you will engage directly with customers at every stage of their journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Collaborating with the Customer Success, Marketing, Support, and Sales teams, you will develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise LTV. You will establish efficient processes, optimise client engagement, and exceed customer expectations. Acting as an advocate for our customers, you will ensure their feedback and evolving needs are effectively communicated across the company.
