MECCA is seeking a dynamic strategist to join the Digital Customer Engagement team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As we expand our personalisation capabilities, this role aims to create meaningful online and in-store experiences that deliver the world's best beauty experience for our customers.

The Role You Could Play

As the Digital Customer Engagement Strategist, you will lead planning and program management of customer experiences that nurture the customer lifecycle and drive business objectives influencing both online and in-store outcomes.

  1. Build and refine customer journeys, identifying gaps and opportunities.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders across planning/strategy and build/technology teams.
  3. Own briefs, timelines, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring proactive communication on outcomes.
  4. Develop and own strategies for digital channels (email, app, onsite personalisation), leveraging customer data to drive business results.
  5. Work closely with analytics teams to turn insights into actionable strategies.
What You Will Bring
  • Experience in digital marketing within retail, with expertise in customer journey design, personalisation, and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms.
  • Understanding of email and app push best practices, including privacy laws.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualifications in Marketing or Communication.
  • Enthusiasm for beauty, fashion, and retail trends.
