Job summary

Bentley Motors Limited offers an Industrial Placement in Crewe within the People & Culture teams, providing hands-on work delivering technology-enabled people initiatives and change management across two specialist teams—People Digital and Engagement & Culture.

You will gain experience in project delivery, communications, engagement and organisational culture while supporting digital transformation and AI-related activities within Bentley.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of People & Culture digital projects including planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, testing, training and change management.
• Assist with colleague engagement, culture and recognition initiatives, coordinating events, campaigns and communications across Bentley.
• Conduct research, analyse information and prepare materials to support decision-making and project delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to introduce new ways of working and emerging technologies, including AI solutions.
