Role Overview:

As the Digital Creative Director for one of our clients, a leading financial services institution out of MENA, you will be at the forefront of creative vision, leading the way in delivering innovative design solutions that resonate with their clients and their audiences. You will be responsible for driving the creative strategy across different channels (Web, Mobile) as well as across their different lines of business, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to produce compelling digital experiences. Your expertise will not only enhance the creative output but also cultivate an environment of creativity and inspiration for the design team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
• Develop and implement a cohesive creative strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives and enhances brand presence
• Oversee the conceptualization and execution of a wide range of digital projects, ensuring that creative solutions meet client expectations and industry standards
• Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and translate that into exceptional digital experiences
• Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements to inform and inspire the creative direction of the team
• Review and provide constructive feedback on work produced by the team, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects
  
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a creative role, preferably within a digital agency or tech-driven environment
• Proven track record of leading creative teams and managing large-scale digital projects from concept to completion
• Strong portfolio showcasing a breadth of creative work across various digital mediums
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and articulate creative ideas effectively
• Deep understanding of design principles, digital marketing strategies, and user experience best practices
• Experience with design tools and technologies, and a willingness to explore and embrace new methods of creativity
• Creative thinker with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Experience with larger brands and digital products is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
